TMES Spring Gala & Silent Auction: An Evening of the Arts
is an event not-to-miss!
We are so excited to have the event at the Kiva Auditorium in downtown Albuquerque this year. With over 2,300 seats available in the auditorium, we encourage you to invite all your loved ones to this special show!
The Gala will have two performances and a Silent Auction. Tickets may be purchased for a performance featuring our Kindergarten through 3rd grade students (Session 'A')
or for a second performance of the evening featuring our 4th - 8th grade students (Session 'B'). Both Sessions include entrance into our Silent Auction between the performances. The evening's schedule will be as follows:
5:00 - 6:30 pm: Session 'A'
(Kindergarten - 3rd grade performance)
7:30 - 9:30 pm: Session 'B'
(4th - 8th grade performance)
*4:00 - 7:15 pm: Silent Auction
(Both Session 'A' & Session 'B' attendees are welcome and encouraged to bid!)
Ticket sales have begun! Please click on the 'Buy Gala Tickets' tab to purchase your tickets online for the Gala or visit our office at TMEMS Montano campus to purchase tickets with cash or check.
Our students are excited to share their talents with you! This evening celebrates the Fine Arts program at TMEMS while raising money to keep our Educational Assistants in the classrooms. It is sure to be a night full of music, art and fun! We hope you will join us and show your support of our incredible public school students. The annual spring fundraiser is critical in helping us keep E.A.'s in the classrooms. Your contributions through the Gala ticket sales, auction purchases, sponsorships and donations make a big difference in the every day school experience for our students.
Session Information:
Session 'A':
Purchase a 'Session A' ticket if you would like to attend the concert of Kindergarten - 3rd grade students performing. We will be seating attendees from 4:30-5:00 pm. The concert will be from 5:00-6:30 pm. This ticket also includes entrance into our Silent Auction from 4:00-7:15 pm!
Session 'B':
Purchase a 'Session B' ticket if you would like to attend the concert of 4th - 8th grade students performing. We will be seating attendees from 7:00-7:30 pm. The concert will be from 7:30-9:30 pm. This ticket also includes entrance into our Silent Auction from 4:00-7:15 pm!
Session 'C':
Purchase a 'Session C' ticket ONLY if you are the family of student performers in BOTH Kindergarten - 3rd grade and 4th - 8th grade. Thank you in advance for only purchasing Session C if that applies to you. We will be seating attendees from 4:30-5:00 pm. The Kindergarten - 3rd concert will be from 5:00-6:30 pm. The Silent Auction will be from 4:00-7:15 pm. Then the 4th-8th years concert will seat from 7:00-7:30 pm and the performance will be from 7:30-9:30 pm.

Directions
Directions to ABQ Convention Center via I-25 South
- Head south on I-25 S toward Exit 234
- Take exit 224B toward Central Ave/Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave (0.3 mi)
- Merge onto Locust St NE (0.1 mi)
- Turn right at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Ave NE (0.7 mi)
- Park at Convention Center parking garage (above ground parking garage) on Broadway & Martin Luther King Blvd. Follow signs to the Kiva
Parking
Primary parking is available at the Convention Center Parking Garage (Martin Luther King Blvd & Broadway); with overflow parking available at the Civic Plaza garage (Marquette & 3rd St.).
Parking will cost $10 per vehicle in the Convention Center Parking Garage. The fee may differ at other garages/parking lots around the Convention Center.
Additionally, there are numerous other public parking garages and parking lots available throughout downtown close to the Center. Parking fees vary. Please refer to the posted parking fees at each garage or lot. Street parking is limited.
